Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin has been confirmed through the PlayStation Blog to be 1080p and 60 fps on the PlayStation 4.
In a game like this, where a simple mistake can mean death the framerate is very important, and I'm glad they went with 60 fps.
The origianl versions of the game for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 were at 30fps so if you wanted to play at 60 you had to play it on the PC.
