Thoughts on... Forever Episode 14

Atention! Spoilers for Forever, "Hitler on the Half-Shell" follow.

In this weeks episode a man gets killed by a priceless relic, an "Andolini Venus" that was stolen by the Nazis from the Louvre during World War II, in fact, this episode is about pieces of art stolen by the victim's father during WWII. 

In the episode we also get some flashbacks of Henry's life before immortality, where we get so see the relationship between him and his father, which was not good since Henry had discovered that his own father traded slaves. In these flashbacks we also see the origin of Henry's watch, which apparently belongs to the Morgan family, given to him be his father in his deathbed. 

But what happened this episode that was actually worh watching is that Adam is back, and he's 2000 years old. Adam, the other immortal that Henry is not very fond of, showed up at the antiques store, returning a silver plate that once belonged to the Morgan family. Abraham doens't recognize him but Adam leaves a card so he can be contacted. Henry meets Adam and we learn that Adam had been tortured by Nazis that did experiments on him because Hitler was obsessed with immortality. Later on in the episode we discover Adam's age: 2000, if there are no more immortals in the city. How? Well, later in the episode another man dies and after tracing his DNA it his dicovered that the man who the DNA belongs to has atibodies for deseases that go back 2000 years old, so, if Henry (who is 200 years old) and Adam are the only immortals ou there then it must be Adam.

Henry meets Adam and we learn that Adam had been tortured by Nazis

Adam is also kind enough to give Abraham a book which contains his parents' name (something both he and Henry had been looking for in a while), in an attempt to make amends. In the end of the episode we can see Abe and Henry at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, where they recover a photograph of Abe's parents at their wedding.
