7 Minute Workout Is Intense


Working out is a necessity.


I've never been a workout guy, probably because I'm lazy and it requires a lot of effort and time. Working out is necessary nowadays because of all the unhealthy foods we consume.

I've never settled for a single workout app in the past because of time.


I've used a couple of workout apps in the past, including both paid and free ones but I've never settled for one. The reason being that the time they require goes on increasing. Runtastic six abs being one of them used to be my favorite. I absolutely loved the trainer and the exercises it had to offer. I had to quit because the time kept increasing.


7 minutes can get you sweating.




I came across 7 minute workout the past month and since then I use it daily. It's not the best workout app but it's certainly the best you can get for that little time. 7 minutes isn't a lot but it can get you sweating in this time period. The exercises that 7 minute workout offers are somewhat basic. If you individually execute one of them it won't be as hard as 7 minute workout makes them combined. Some of the exercises include push-ups, squats, abdominal crunch, etc. There's some time that it offers to rest and prepare for the next exercise, but that is by no means enough. That's to be expected since it's 7 minutes.


Wrap-Up


If you're short on time but want to stay fit you should definitely give this app a try. It won't certainly make you buff or anything but it will make your body much better. Best of all? It's free.
