How to jailbreak iOS 8.1.2

Apple just rolled out the iOS 8.1.2 update earlier this week and it brings some bug fixes, most noticeable being missing ringtones purchased from iTunes. The updated can be downloaded on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus units as well as to iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, iPad Air, iPad mini with Retina display, iPad mini, iPad (third- and fourth-generation), iPad 2 and fifth-generation iPod touch.

The latest jailbreak is called TaiG and the directions are in Chinese. It is also limited to Windows users. Here's how you jailbreak your iOS 8.1.2 device:

Step 1: Download the TaiG tool and extract its contents. Then, run the tool as an administrator.
Step 2: Get the Apple device and turn off the "Find My iPhone" feature and disable the passcode through the Settings. Enable Airplane mode.
Step 3: Plug the device in the computer and wait until TaiG recognizes the device.
Step 4: Uncheck the second box option and click on the green button.
Step 5: A smiley face indicates that the jailbreaking process is done and successful.
