Thoughts on... Marvel's Agent Carter Episode 5

Atention! Spoilers for Marvel's Agent Carter, "The Iron Ceiling" follow.
Peggy Carter's battle against bad guys and sexism continues in the latest episode where she, a team of SSR agents and the 107th Regiment (a team that worked along with Captain America himself) travel to Russia (with coordinates acquired from the long-distance typewriter, that Peggy deciphered) in an attempt to track down Howard Stark and Leviathan. The search reveals fruitless, Leviathan isn't there and Howard Stark probably isn't even involved with the operation. They do find a doctor and a scientist, but only one makes it out since the other one was a bit crazy and got himself killed when trying to walk ou unharmed by giving Peggy and the team up. The operation overall works out fine and Peggy wins more appreciation from the men at her office (+1 for women).
Chief Roger Dooley is also looking for the truth in this episode. He speaks to a "friend" about Finnow, hoping to get some answers, who tells him that there is more to the story than what Dooley knows. It seems that Dooley is starting to wander if it is really Howard Stark to blame for what has happened.
Also in this episode we get to see a bit of the young Black Widows, it's the place where they go to in Russia and Peggy's neighbour Dottie is apart of it. That was really cool to see and they even got a Disney property in there, the Snow White animated film, part of the training, which appears to consist in memorising lines (with subliminar texts maybe, which you can see later, in another animation).
Dooley is starting to wander if it is really Howard Stark to blame for what has happenedOh, and Sousa now knows that Carter is the blonde woman from the photos, thanks to a couple of spots in her back.
It's cool what they're doing to the show and I can't wait to see more of peggy's conquers, both at the field and the workplace.
The Verdict: 9.5/10
-The 107th Regiment
-1 point for sexism
