Number of Android Wear apps surpass Google Glass apps

Android wear smart watches, LG G-Watch and the Samsung Gear Live were launched almost 2 weeks before. The number of applications for the platform has now surpassed as that of Google Glass, which has been around for almost a year.

This shouldn't be a surprise as Google Glass costs $1500 whereas Wear watches start at $200. 

With this pace we can confidently say that the platform is in safe hands, expect alot of other applications coming your way as more and more developers get their hands on these devices. When we look at a platform and decide whether or not to invest our personal money into it, the availability of apps are an increasingly significant part of that decision. This is the biggest reason that it is significant to identify a unique milestone in the Android Wear platform.
